I am a bit apprehensive to release this word for my fear of God and miss representing Him (I don't want to speak Presumptuously). None the less I will step out in faith and for the first time and release what I believe God spoke to me through His Holy Spirit. This is a word from the Lord I received on Oct. 13th 2016. The day did not start as a particularly spiritual day and was not terribly in tune with the Holy Spirit; I must admit. I was struggling to get spiritually minded and as I knelt to pray; I was over come with a burden of weeping I did not know the reason for. I felt the the Spirit say "Write". I then penned the following. Please take this to the Lord in prayer.
"Cast away every weight and Gird Yourself! Trouble is in the land and judgement looms. I have heard the cry of my people and mercy shall be extended and provisions made so that the storm can be weathered, but not for all. Sin has reached my nostrils and it's stench is great and It will be answered. The proud will be brought low and the humble preserved, but you my son must look to me and learn to hear my commands. You know I have prepared you for this day. To whom much is given, much will be required. Gird Yourself! For the time of trouble is at hand. I will never forsake you nor leave you. He who endures to the end will be given a crown of My Glory. Thus says the Great I Am."
In praying for confirmation from the Lord that I should release this word the Lord asked me to open His word to Jeremiah 50. Replace Babylon and Chaldea with USA and Israel with church. Jeremiah 50:2 Declare among the nations, Proclaim, and set up a standard; Proclaim - do not conceal it - Say "Babylon is taken, Bel is shamed. Merdoch is broken in pieces; her idols are humiliated, Her images are broken in pieces."
Please Read Jeremiah 50 and take this to the Lord in Prayer. The Lord spoke to me several weeks ago when in prayer for this Nation and said "There are things I have set in motion that cannot be undone. You will see bad things happen but pay them no heed and keep your eyes fixed on me!" The word that come to mind is "Preservation in the midst of Judgement".
I give all Glory to Jesus Christ our Lord! If you do not know Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior please repent and invite Him to be your Savior NOW! I personally feel that God's hand can be persuaded from some judgments and mercy extended but other things are going to take place. Gird Yourself!
